Pathways to inclusion: Children of migrants in work settings

This project examines how children of migrants (the so-called “second generation”) establish a sense of worth and belonging in professional workplaces. It compares youth of European and non-European background in the UK, and aims to rethink integration from the perspective of “worth”. The project is based at the University of Sussex and funded by the Leverhulme Trust (2025-28).
